" Jeet mubarak ho rajkumar" everyone started congratulating him. 

[ Congratulations on your victory prince]

" Aaj agr hum yaha par hai toh woh sab sabhi ki wajah se kyuki apne humpe yakin kiya agr aap sabhi nhi hote toh aaj hum bhi hote lekin hum apko iskeliye shukriya nhi kahenge balki hum daat dete hai apki bahaduri ki jo apne apni janam bhumi ke liye dekhai aur hum yahi umeed kate hai ki aap sabhi age bhi yahi bahaduri dekhayenge aur aisi hi anginat jeet Chandragarh ke naam karenge " Chandra replied to everyone in his loud authoritive voice. Making their chest swell with pride. 

[ If I am standing here than it is because of you all because you all show you faith in me and supported me. If you all didn't exist then I would have lost everything but I will not thank you for this instead I praise you all you all for your boldness that you all showed for your born place and expect same from you all in future too and you all will definitely write many more victory on name of Chandragarh ]

" Ye jeet sirf hume hi nhi balki aap sabhi ka bhi mubarak ho, aur issi jeet ki khushi mai hum kal ek utsaav ka elan karte hai jismai aap sabhi amantrit hai, jo ki kal shaam ko hoga mehal ke pechle hisse mai  " he announced and everyone applauded him. 

[ This victory is not only mine instead I congratulate you all for this, and on this occasion I announce a celebration and you all are invited in it. It will take place in evening in back part of this palace]

He left the hall and started searching for Chandni 

" Where is she now it's been 30 minutes since I am searching for her " 

Suddenly something clicked in his mind and he went to a room at the back side of palace. 

" Chandni come out I know it's you and you are angry with me but please tell me the reason for it " He said in a polite tone while coming inside the room. 

" Oh so now you got a chance to come and meet me and yes I am angry with you " 

" Okay princess I know you are angry with me and when you bumped into me in hallway I was coming to meet you only and When we got a chance that Narender came and then father called me, now I got a chance and see here I am at your service " He muttered it in a slow and gentle voice reserved only for her. 

" No I will not forgive you " she uttered in  her stubborn voice. 

" Agr baat nhi krni toh kaam se kaam apne chand se chehre ko iss Chandra ko niharne hi do " he muttered in his flirty tone. 

[ If you don't want to talk to me then let this Chandra admire the beauty of this moon like face]

" No" she replied while blushing hard. 

" Okay if you don't want to show me your face and you are not even giving me the reason of your anger then I am going from here" he said while moving back to the gate. 

" No wait " she hurriedly came out from a pillar. 

" बड़ा हुआ तो क्या हुआ जैसे पेड़ खजूर पंछी को छाया नहीं फल लागे अति दूर"

[ It's a stanza or rhyming poetry in India which means that what is the advantage of height of date palm tree when it can't give shelter to birds and doesn't even give fruits because they are at a height ]

" Wow what a nice stanza you said Chandni good " she said while praising herself. 

" Yes it is but why are you saying it right now " Chandra asked her in confusion. 

" Because day by day you are becoming exactly like that to me because you have promised me that when you will come back to Chandragarh after winning the war you will decorate my swing with rare flowers that are only available at mountain cliff and those are mine favourite too " she said him while making him realise about his promise to her which he made before going to war. 

" Yes I am sorry for that but I forget about it " he said while seeking for her forgiveness. 

" Jis tarh se tum mere jhule ko sajane ke liye phul lana bhul gaye ho aur apna wada tod diya maine bhi kisi ko wada diya tha aaj shaam chitra banane ka toh ab mujhe der ho rhi hai Suryagarh ke liye koi mera intezar kr raha hoga aur apna wada pura karna hai  " she said while going from there. 

[ The way you have promised me to decorate my swing but you broke your promise same way I have also promised someone to paint with her so now I am getting late for Suryagarh someone is waiting for me and I have to keep my promise]

" Pr Chandni tumne mujhse bhi toh wada kiya tha na ki jab mai jang se wapas aunga toh tum mere sath waqt bitaogi us wade ka kya hua " He said while trying to stop her. 

[ But Chandni you have promised with me that when I will return from war you will spen time with me what about that promise ] 

" Jis tarah tumne apne wada ko toda hai maine bhi apna wada tod diya ye samjh lo " she said and ran away from there. 

[ The way you broke your promise I did same with you understand it in same way]

" So now if I want to spend time with her then I have to fulfil my promise with her first" He said to himself then he came to stable climbed his horse and went towards mountain to collect her favourite flowers. 

He came back at midnight and started decorating her swing. 

Next day 

Function started and every king from all the small and big kingdoms were invited they came there with their daughters because they want their daughters to marry Chandra and establish their alliance with Chandragarh. 

They came and started congratulating Chandra and his father for their victory but Chandra's eyes were only searching for his Chandni. 

Chandni came with her family and started meeting everyone and ignoring Chandra for not fulfiling his promise to her. 

He held her hand and took her to his room 

" What are you doing Chandra everyone is waiting for us. Why did you brought me here? "

" Because I want to fulfil my promise to you " then he moved his hand in a direction where a swing was placed beautifully decorated with her favourite flowers. 

" Kaisa laga rajkumari sa " he asked her from behind. 

[ Did you like it princess ?]

" No I loved it and thank you for doing this for me " with that she ran towards swing and sat on it Chandra came behind and started pushing it for her. 

Flashback end

" Hum ek sath kitne kush the Chandni pr tumne aisa kyu kia kya itna hi yakin tha tumhe apne Chandra pr, tumne to wada kiya tha humse ki tum har mushkil waqt mai humpe barosa rakhogi aur hamesha humara hath thamke humare sath chalogi toh adhe raste mai hi woh hath tumne kyu chod diya, kya itna hi prem tha humse. Prem toh apar hota hai toh fir tumne aisa kyu kaha ki humare bich jo bhi tha woh khatam hogaya. Shayad tumhari taraf se sab kuch khatam ho gya ho lekin humari tarf se nhi. Hume kasam hai hum dono ke prem ki, hum tumhe apna bana ke hi rahenge aur kabhi bhi tumhe khud se dur nhi hone denge agr tum khud bhi apna hath chuda ke humse dur bhagna chaho hum tab bhi tumhe nhi janne denge " he said all this while looking towards her portrait kept in his room which he painted with his own blood.

[ How happy we were when we were together Chandni then why did you did all this? Did you have only this much faith on your Chandra ? You have promised to always hold my hand in difficult situations and always walk with me then why did you left it in midway ? Did you have only this much love with me. Love don't have any limit and it is endless that can't get finish then why did you said that whatever we had in between us is over now. Maybe it is over from your side but not from my side. I swear on our love that I will make you mine and not let you go away from me, even if you want to go away from my side then I will hold your hand tight and cage you with me]

" Chandra mai abhi Suryagarh se aa raha hu aur khabar ye hai ki kl hi Rajkumari Chandni Narender se shadi karne wali hai toh ab hum is shadi ko rokne ke liye kya karenge " Eklavaya came inside his chamber he informed him while panting hard as if he is running for a long time. 

[ Chandra I am coming from Suryagarh and the news is that Princes Chandni is getting married to Narender tomorrow only and now what we are going to do to stop this marriage]

" We will not do anything " he replied to him making him shock and don't believe on his ears for hearing what he said. 

" But why according to my knowledge you love Chandni than how can you let her marry your sworn enemy" he asked him and he somehow wants to make him realise about reality that what is about to happen. 

" We will not do anything because my Chandni wants to get married and it is my responsibility to fulfil her every wish so yes she will get married tomorrow but not with Narender but with me " he replied with a smirk dancing on his lips. 

Eklavaya also smirked while digesting his words. 

" Now let's go " he ordered him . 

" But where are we going " Eklavaya asked him. 

" I am going on mountain to collect her favourite flowers to decorate her swing and her room with them and you are going to army to prepare them for tomorrow I can't loose this war at any condition" 

After that they both left for their respective destinations. 

Not knowing what destiny is holding fir them.

What turns are going to take place in their lives? 

What is destiny holding for them? 

What happened between them in past that two best friends turn into enemies ? 

Two enemies one who loves the other one unconditionally while other one is after his life?
